My last one (blew it up a few months ago)
Manufacturer: This was put together out of junk parts
256 MB DIMM RAM
Intel Pentium III (cartridge style) RESTRICTED to 450 MHz due to dated motherboard
4MB ATI RAGE PRO TURBO AGP
Generic ISA Sound Card (told you this thing was anctient)
8 GB Hard Drive
Windows ME
Performance
After a few tweaks I got Unreal Gold to run at 14 FPS (minus 5-8 during slowdowns) on 512X384 res with medium environment and skins settings using the software renderer. lol I tried to run C&C Renegade on this too. After the hard drive gave up, I finished the rest of this PoS off with a baseball bat.
My Current one:
Manufacturer: IBM
512 (not enough) MB DDR RAM
Intel Pentium 4 HT (Initially registered as dual core Pentium 4 on Xfire upload. Wierd.) factory clocked at 3 GHz
256 MB Nvidia Geforce 6200 PCI card
Piece of crap soundcard
big enough HDD
Ubuntu 7.10/Windows XP
Performance:
while it can't handle GRAW (or Crysis! lol) this thing will usually get the job done. 25-40 FPS is all you need.

Case: Gigabyte GZ-XCCL (ugly piece of crap)
Motherboard: Gigabyte N650SLI-DS4
CPU: Intel Q6600 @ 2.7ghz (stock cooling lol)
GPU: 2x 512mb 8800GT
RAM: 4gb Corsair 667 mhz
HDD: Some 500gb one
Sound: Creative X-Fi Sound Blaster
That's about it. Some of you guys have really nice rigs!
As for the keyboard/mouse, just some random Microsoft stuff, but sometimes for a mouse I use a MonsterGecko Pistol Mouse. Good fun!

Whats wrong with stock cooling
? I was on 3.4Ghz stock cooling, tried 3.6Ghz but gave it a tad too much voltage and fried it. Now im back to my e6550 not much difference between Quad and Dual core imo.
