It's currently included only in Emerald/Diamond for now, it's not causing bans for 5 Week's but the status is still unknown until Javelin is banning again

Still no bans, battlefield 6 doesn't ban any cheat for the past weeks

Hello,
I bought the cheat at release and got banned. No big deal. I’m willing to give it another try, but I currently do not have Diamond. I only purchased a 1 month membership.
Will I still be able to access it, or do I need to upgrade to a higher membership?
I also read that banned days would be compensated. How does that work exactly?
